If you cancel up to 1 week before, we will give you a 80% refund, 3-6 days before, 50% refund, and less than 72 hours no refund is given.
Safety
Adventurous activities are inherently hazardous and cannot be completely risk free, however hard we try. Accidents can happen without any contributory negligence from South Skye Sea Kayak or its staff. We can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury not arising as a result of its own act or default.
South Skye Sea Kayak holds full public liability insurance, however, we recommend all participants have personal insurance to cover personal accident, loss of belongings or money, and personal liability.
South Skye Sea Kayak reserves the right to remove any participant from any course on failure to comply with reasonable regulations or instructions from members of their staff. If this happens, there will be no refund of course fees.
People under 18 years must be accompanied their parent or legal guardian.
Data Protection
We will not share your personal data with anyone, except for emergency services if required or the Scottish Canoe Association (Paddle Scotland) in case you are expecting a certificate. We may occasionally send you information about upcoming courses and events. You will have the option to opt into this.
Photos
We will take photos during our trips, which will be sent to all participants of the group. We may use some photos for advertising, social media or on our website. We make an effort to choose photos that in which the indivicuals are not clearly identifyable, but this is not always the case. Please inform your coach if you wish not to be visible there.
